On May 28, 2012, Chief Justice Thomas A. Balmer signed Chief Justice Order 12-043 describing the case register for each circuit court and the Tax Court to address as they move from the Oregon Judicial Information Network (OJIN) to a successor case management system. .amhill County Circuit Court is the first court that will make that move to the new Oregon eCourt Case Information system. Effective May 31, 2012, the Yamhill County Circuit Court stopped entering case events in the Oregon Judicial Information Network (OJIN) as it moves to a new case management system. Yamhill OJIN data entered before May 31 will remain available to OJIN subscribers and at circuit court public terminals until the end of June. After that time, it will only be available in the new system for Yamhill. As of June 2, 2012, the new system is the official case register for Yamhill County Circuit Court. OJIN remains the official case register for other circuit courts and the Oregon Tax Court until those courts move the new system. Public access to case registers in the new system will be available beginning June 13, 2012. Between May 31 and June 10, new data entries for Yamhill County Circuit Court cases will be available only manually and only at the court clerk's office. The State Court Administrator will post a similar notice for the public as each court moves to the new system.
