| Change to Declaratory Judgment Action Fees, Effective June 17, 2011

| As of June 17, 2011, multiple party filing fees no longer apply to actions for declaratory judgments filed on or after January 1, 2011. [See sections 5, 6, and 7 of HB 2667.] This law change means that some fees in declaratory judgment actions filed between January 1 and June 30, 2011, may be refundable. Please contact your local circuit court if you have questions regarding filing fees in these actions. |
