Pursuant to Chief Justice Order 14-015, this constitutes public notice of proposed permanent fees for access to the Oregon Judicial Case Information Network (OJCIN OnLine).

On April 1, 2014, Chief Justice Order 14-016 established a temporary fee schedule for access to OJCIN OnLine. The Chief Justice now is proposing to permanently adopt the temporary fees established in CJO 14-016.

Persons wishing to comment on the proposed permanent fees may send comments by e-mail to OJCIN@ojd.state.or.us, using “OJCIN Fee Comment” in the subject line, or by regular mail addressed to “OJCIN Fee Comment,” c/o Business and Fiscal Services Division, Oregon Judicial Department, Salem, OR, 97301.

Comments on the proposed permanent fees must be received by OJD no later than 60 days from the date of this notice.
