through Friday.
ATTENTION
The court facilities are a secure area staffed by Douglas County Sheriff Deputies with equipment designed to detect items that are/could be considered weapons by the Sheriff Deputies. You should expect to be checked before entering the secured areas, being required to leave any items identified by the Sheriff Deputies in the pay storage areas provided for your use. Do not bring any cellular phones, chemical sprays, handguns, or pocket knives with you.

EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2007
Effective January 1, 2007, many (not all) circuit court and appellate court filing fee amounts will change. The temporary surcharge on court civil filing fees which began September 1, 2003, is scheduled to end December 31, 2006.
